Read-Only Cells in Smart View are not grey-out

When a Data form is opened in Planning (Workspace), then that data form shows Read only cells as Greyed out. However, same user, when opens data form in Smart View, all the cells appear WHITE. (read only cells also appear white)

Can you please help and guide.

We are on Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4.

Smart View Version 11.1.2.3 (as 11.1.2.5.500 and 11.1.2.5.400 have a bug, and hence we downgraded to SV 11.1.2.3)
