Read only access for stored procedures, packages and functions

Hi,

I need to give read only access to one of the users. I do not want that user to be able to execute the objects, so an EXECUTE grant is something I would not like to make use of. Read somewhere that there is a grant called DEBUG which works for this. I am using Oracle 11gR2.
