Read JSON in Oracle 12.1.0.2.0

Hi All,

I am on Oracle 12c

Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production 0

PL/SQL Release 12.1.0.2.0 - Production 0

"CORE 12.1.0.2.0 Production" 0

TNS for Linux: Version 12.1.0.2.0 - Production 0

NLSRTL Version 12.1.0.2.0 - Production 0

I am using rest API and trying to read the json response I get from the API call. (The product only send response back in json form)

I found that there is limited support for json in 12c version however when i use the json supported functionality for 12c those are also not working.

Can someone please help on how to read and use json response in 12.1.0.2.0 version.
