Hi Subramanian,
I am Suresh, working for CGI(boston) as a contractor. As per my understanding. I am thinking like you had a same problem which i have now(i solved it).My problem is in my j developer at preferences it is showing as svnkit 1.3.0 with jna disabled and also i am unable to connect to the SVN. The solution for this is we just need to remove the data in this location C:\Users\suresh.swarna\AppData\Roaming\JDeveloper\system11.1.1.6.38.62.29. and if we reopen the j developer it will come back to the original settings. it will show the same disabled option but we can able to connect to SVN.
Thanks,
Suresh.
