Re-deploying oracle-epm-drm-webservices for DRM

Hi Experts,

We have patched DRM to 11.1.2.3.700 and we have queries regarding deployment of oracle-epm-drm-webservices.ear file

The Read me indicates that we that should re-deploy the oracle-epm-drm-webservices.ear file. This is because we have deployed web services for integration with both EBS and FDMEE/ODI/DRM. The instructions in the instructions Oracle® Fusion Middleware, Security and Administrator's Guide for Web Services, 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.7), B32511-10 - indicate that we should deploy as usual except for step 3, where we retire the old service and Version the new one.

Is there anything else we should do in re-deployment of the ear file?

should we , re-deploy the ear to the managed servers where it currently sits(D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\DataRelationshipManagement\api)

Farm_EPMSystem->Application Deployment->Internalapplication->oracle-epm_drm_webservices->oracle-epm-webservice-web.war

If the web service fails to run delete the ear and re-deploy it in the weblogic -Please confirm
