Dears,

I came through very similar issue which is already raised in thread.

Please support if any one had resolved it.

Issue:

I installed Oracle 11gR2 on Win7 64 Bit Machiene yb downloading these two files:
win64_11gR2_database_1of2
win64_11gR2_database_2of2

I am using Toad to access Oracle DB, but unfortunatly older version of TOAD does not support Oracle 64 Bit Client hence i installed 32 Bit Client by downloading the below file:
win32_11gR2_client

After this all I am not able to Connet to Oracle DB and getting the following error:
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

I checked Listner, TNs Ping, Oracle Sid etc etc and every thing looks fine.

Please help
