RDF report running in oracle apex 5.1

Dear All,

I want to run oracle .RDF report through apex parametric form. i am calling below url to run report and its showing PDF report. but the issue is that when i set property of button to redirect to url its not getting updated parameters. but when i refresh page its working fine.

please guide how to refresh link value behind the button automatically..

oracle apex 5.1. ORDS.
