RCU Error: Unable to connect to database using the provided details

I am not able to connect to the database using the RCU 11.1.1.10.1 to create the schemas. I ran the same RCU a week ago and I was successful in connecting them. My database and listener both are up and running and the host and credentials are correct. I have no idea where is the problem. Any help will be appreciated. Attaching the screenshot for reference.
