RC4Engine

Hello,
I want to use RC4 symmetric encryption. However, I cannot find the libraty of org.bouncycastle.crypto.engines.RC4Engine.

I searched the web site of http://www.bouncycastle.org and still I cannot find it.

Can anybody help me? Thanks
