Ras is not supported on this system

Hi All,

In Apex 19.2

Am getting this error when login into the application. It does not stop execution and disappears very quickly and it seems it does not cause

any damage but I would like to know what is the problem and if I can get rid of it.

Any ideas with these screenshot will be appreciate it.
