Rank Function tie to display only one row according to alphabetical order

I want to retrieve top 3 products, by product category.
Product Category A product 1 200 1
product 2 100 2
product 3 50 3
Product Categroy B product 4 400 1
product 5 300 2
product 6 50 3
product 7 50 3
I want to retrieve only three rows for product category. If there is a tie at the end, I want to display the product according to alphatecal order.
Is there a way i can do this.
