Hey!
Im running a small apex 18.1 xe 11g application on a Windows 10 Pro PC (Intel 8700K, 16 Gb Ram, 960 evo 500gb). Overall I only have about 2000 rows of simple text data + a few triggers and views. The performance is good in general but I get these slowdowns from
time to time which I can't reproduce repeating the same action. 9 out of 10 it works like a charm then I get a slowdown which can take anywhere from 3 Seconds up 60 seconds. Even when testing on the server itself
using the localhost adress with me as the only active user this issue persists.
It happens with normal page loading/opening of modal dialogues/refreshing of IRs.
I tried to use the internal chrome tools to locate the issue. In the Apex Debugging I can't find any indication of a slowdown ( just normal query times which are 0.5 seconds at the very maximum (usually 0.1 Seconds or faster).
I have taken two pictures from the chrome tools showing the delay. In this example I changed the item of a dropdown menu which triggers the IR on the same page to refresh.
Nothing happenend in the 3.6 Seconds ( no Spinner on the IR) and then the IR instantly resfreshes after the waiting time.
Do you guys have any Idea what could be the cause of this weird and inconsistent issue ?
