RAM Allocation for Oracle

Hi,
On my server, i have 32G RAM the server is IBM AIX power series 64 bit. concurrent sessions with my database are expected to be around 500. I will be installing oracle 11G release 2 with automatic shared memory management using memory_target parameter. Can any guru guide me that
1. How much RAM should i spare for OS
2. How much should i allocate to SGA
3. How much should i spare for the dedicated server sessions (500).
