Raising alert screen with ok and cancel while deleteing?

Hi,
I've two pages:
page 1 :Data entry screen where I'm enetering required data and uploading required documents which 'll be stored in DB
page 2:View status screen where I can see stored entries,uploaded documents and if necessary I've a provision to upload additional documents or deleting uploaded documents.

so in page2 while deleting uploaded documents I need to raise alert screen asking user whether they really want to delete that document with OK and Cancel buttons ?

Do I need to create a popup page for this or any simple method to achieve this?

Can any one help on this?
