Raised 'Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Windows XP Clone' error when start VM

I install ORACLE VirtualBox (Ver 6.1.28) on my Windows 10 laptop. After import cloned *ora VM file and tried to start it. System always echo me the error message like below. Is there any one can help for this as I need this VM to run my BI Publisher.
