If I create a hadoop cluster in OCI, is it possible to control instance and rack association? Assuming for performance reason, this cluster consists of two racks. Each rack has 10 instances. Can I create a cluster like this? I have not seen a way to create a rack or ask OCI to allocate an instance on a specific rack. Thanks.
