RAC on windows 2003 server

Hi all,
I have been told to get the hardware and software requirements for RAC on windows for 10g R2. i am familiar with rac as i have done a test setup for 10g rac on linux from following link.

The information regarding cluster setup on windows is poor on microsoft sites. what is Microsoft cluster server ? Is it supported on 32 bit machies. What is windows Compute Cluster Server? What kind of hardware is required for microsoft cluster server. i am confused with microsoft products required for clustering and their hardware requirements. Can any body give me a some precise info regarding rac setup on windows 2003 sever. Any help appreciated.
