RAC licencing for AIX LPARs

OS : AIX 6.1
Required version : 11.2.0.3

On IBM P6 hardware, our Unix admins have informed us that they could configure AIX LPARs which could be used as RAC nodes. They said they could configure 1 logical CPU for each node so that we don't have to pay a lot for RAC licence.

Does oracle charge for physical CPU in physical cores in the physical machine or does it charge only by Logical CPU ? Any idea, roughly, how much does it cost for a 2 node RAC for version 11.2.0.3 ?
