RAC instance taking too long too startup

we have 3 node 10.2.0.1 RAC on linux 32 bit (redhat4, 2.6)
the database size is about 3.2T used (5.0T total space)
the redo log is 2G on each Node (6G total for 3 nodes)
the processes and sessions is set to 1000 on each instance
the session_cache is set to 100 on each instance.

One of the instance got rebooted last night for some services including the instance failed to startup at reboot (instance, srv, lsnr and gsd show "unknown" state)

I have stopped them all and start them back but when I try to restart the instance, it is taking too long (like 30 minutes)

Is it reasonable time to startup an instance for my case?
