RAC database startup issue PRCD-1027 PRCR-1070 CRS-0184

Hi All,

Thanks in Advance,

I am not able to start the Oracle RAC node1. but Node2 instances was running good.

Below is the error, I am facing while start DB using srvctl command

PRCD-1027 : Failed to retrieve database LBCTN4T8

PRCR-1070 : Failed to check if resource ora.lbctn4t8.db is registered

CRS-0184 : Cannot communicate with the CRS daemon.

OS : Oracle Linux Server 7.4

Oracle s/w version : Oracle12cR2

No.of nodes :2
