RAC configuration with SAN

Dear All,

I am in planning phase of configuring 2 node RAC 11gR2 on red hat Linux.
I have read several installation guides available on net and have learned how to setup RAC.

I have confusions about the storage system of RAC, i have to place my datafiles on SAN storage system. I just want to know if there is any document available for mounting SAN volumes on RAC machines? What should I ask my system team what kind of volumes do i require from the the SAN administrators. I am totally unaware of configuring storage for RAC. What are the key steps of doing this. Your little help will make me understand and I will explore more. Juts need hints.
