RAC Configuration

We have SE2 Standard edition.

We have two server and one san storage and operating system is windows 2012 R2 64 bit

This is new installation and i want to cluster oracle database on windows 2012 R2.

How can i configure RAC on windows 2012 r2 please help me.

For RAC windows fail over cluster required or not.
