RAC+ASM: Grid OCR and VotingDisk - Installer puts them on single Diskgroup

it looks like Grid Installer does not give me the chance to create/choose more than 1 (one) Diskgroup for OCR and Voting Disk. Am I missing something, or is it the best practice?
I thought that it would have been good to multiplex OCR/Voting on at least 2 different ASM Diskgroups...
I am also confused because oracle documentation says that for most installations, just 2 Diskgroups would be enough ("Data+Indexes+LOBs" and "FRA").
In a matter of fact, what I was planning to do is to have 3 Diskgroups in this setup (Data, Indexes+LOBs, FRA) and to have OCR and Voting multiplexed on BOTH "Data" and "Indexes+LOB". But now I don't know anymore if splitting Data and Indexes does make sense anymore, with ASM...
1) Does it makes sense (the fact that I want to multiplex OCR+Voting)?
2) How do I achieve the desired result during setup, if possible (multiplexing OCR+Voting)?
3) Any other recommendations (e.g. should I use a 4th Diskgroup, or should I use just 2 of them)?
4) With ASM, does it still make sense to split Data and Indexes on different Diskgroups?
