This is in relation to the R4/Condition resource. With other EMRs we integrate with we always get both a SNOMED-CT and ICD-10 code when using this resource to pull the patients problem list. Is the same true for Millenium or is it dependent on the client configuration? We are dealing with HCC codes which are based on ICD-10 code so SNOMED only isn't too helpful
