R12 on RHEL 5.2 or OEL5.2 86_64

Dear All,

I'm trying to install R12 on OEL5.2 86_64 and I'm facing some issues with it(I know that its not certified for OEL5.2) but lots of users reported successful install.

I need your help with. a guide would be better and/o what packages are needed for OEL 86_64

P.S.I have OEL install on VMWare 6 (does it matter?)
