R12.2.10 workflow builder 2.6.3.5 strange message

Hi,
When I open (on-line)workflow in WF builder every time I have this message.

1103:Could not load roles from database. NAME=SYSADMIN
1000:NOTIFICATION_PREFERENCE has invalid value 'DISABLED'.
1000:TYPE has invalid 'DISABLED'

Can I ignore this message?
Does anyone have this issue?
