DevOps, CI/CD and Automation

Hi,

Could you offer some kind quick installation quide how to install
DB9i+AS9i+iDS9i on standalone Windows to more easily guide how
to establish proper environment to be able to get familiar with
those new software developing tools.

I have P4, 512mb laptop with gigas of HD-space, with Win2000 +latest
updates/patches and has dynamic IP-address (but TCP/IP works
with localhost, ie. 127.0.0.1 with ping etc), with software firewall.

I have installed all those mentioned Oracle systems with quite
default settings and the installation went fine thru and all
services are running and I can start and stop them, but
there's somethin wrong, because when I try to connect to
db with any tool, comes error message from the listener,
with no error code and it just stops.

I have also tried turning the firewall software off.

So, maybe I neet some good advices how to do the installation
right and what needs to be in order with (TCP/IP?) settings.
Or could you suggest something?
