Java Card

Hello masters..

In recent years, i think the Smart Card technology is advancing..
Many vendors are having race to be the best, they produce their own Native Smart Card OS..

I'm dreaming on, maybe one day i can produce my own Native Smart Card OS..
I'm wondering, actually "how they can do that?".. "how they can produce the OS inside Chip?"
Sometimes i blame myself, i'm not as smart as Albert Einstein, i just can do simple programming either using Java or C++.., i think, i would failed.. :(

I want to know how the steps to create the OS?
How the OS is downloaded inside Chip?, What machines to be used to download the OS?
Whether Create Smart Card Native OS is similar like developing Java Card Applet? (I think it's more difficult)
