Dear Apex community,
I would really appreciate some clarification on the licensing for the Apex development service. I have been building back-office web apps for small companies using a database app builder called Knack. However, I am very interested in the capabilities that Apex has to offer. However, I am new and do not fully understand the licensing structure. What I am looking for is the following:
- Build multiple apps with a user base of around 10-30 users each.
- Have all apps be available from a different custom domain (I believ Apex calls it vanity url).
From what I understand, this should be possible with the 2 ECPU per month plan for around USD 123 per month. Is that correct? Are there any other license fees or costs I should take into account? Does the basic APEX Application Development Service (so not APEX with autonomous database) allow for custom domains?
For reference, the apps I build are usually ticketing apps (IT support), basic CRMs, and asset management (vehilce maintenance etc.).
