Questions about image and timer

Hi. I'm trying to make a game where you have an image that shows up for a few seconds, disappears, then shows up again in a different location, but I have no idea how to do this. How I can make the image disappear after a certain amount of time, or after you click on it, and have it show up again in a different location?
