Questions about anchoring

hi ,

i am working on report builder 6i ,

- i am training on " Anchoring " , and i have questions about it ,

1- this is my layout editor ,

in the runtime , i hide the red field , but i see F_1's Left edge on the middle of F_2 field ,

is this normal ? should not the left edge of f_1 be placed on the right edge of f_2 , like this ?

P.S. : " Collapse horizontally " = No .

- could you please explain how Anchoring should work ?

i've read the online help , but there are things i do not understand .
