Hi,
I'd like to enable collection strategy in EBS Advanced Collection Module. The implementation guide says that strategy assigns work items automatically according to a scoring engine.
(1) What are work items? Will they only show up as work items under the strategy tab in the collection workbench? Can collection strategy instead assign tasks (under the task tab) based on a scoring engine?
(2) I'd like to assign work items based on two scores. These two scores cannot be weighed to produce a unified score. More specifically, I'd like to set up something like:
if Score A = 0 and Score B = 0, use strategy 1;
if Score A = 0 and Score B = 1, use strategy 2;
...
Is this a possibility?
