Question relating to apex_error.add_error and the output

The output from apex_error.add_error shows the error I want and 1 additional value, so If there were only 1 Error you will always see two listed. Here is what I mean

Is there any way to get rid of the attribute value. If I erase the entry I made, I will get some default value. Will always show regardless.
