Question regarding XML DTD

Hi Friends,

I am new to XML development and I have a question regarding one of the out of box DTD provided by oracle.
Here is the one of the element defined in the dtd
<!ELEMENT ORACLE.DELIVERY_NAME %STRDOM;>

I would like to know what does exactly %STRDOM; mean in this declearation.

Any pointers to help me understand this will be of great help!!
