Question regarding shared service and planing. - help needed John

Hi,

1. When we provision an ldap user in shared services for planning and assign that user to a planning group, I do not see that users filter in planning web (Administration->Manage Security Filters). Only after I run a full security refresh from planning to Essbase does that filter show up in Planning Web.
However, If I go to a dimension member and select Assign Access I can see that new user in the list right away and if I assign access to that new user then I can see that users filter right away in Manage Security Filters.
By assigning the user to a group in shared services, isn't there a way for this filter to show up in planning w/ out having to do a full security refresh? This would show up immediately in the Planning Desktop, so you could just refresh the one new filter, not sure if this ability went away in 9.3 since the planning desktop went away.

2. When a user is deprovisioned from shared services their filter still shows up in Planning. Do you have to remove them from all the groups they are assigned to as well?

please help John

thanks.
