Question regarding check box

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forms development. I have a question.

I had 2 check boxes, if i enable one how to disable the other. and also similar question related to text boxeses. Suppose if I enter a value in one text box. I want the other to be disabled. can anyone please help me in this.
