Question on XML conversion - Forms 12c

Hi Michael,
I am now using Forms 12.2.1.4.0 at work. I am unable to convert any form binary file to XML format. I believe I have entered the correct path in the output area. All that the utility does is to stand and keep staring (without any error message or so). Here's what is happening:
If you notice, no file is generated in the target location. It should have thrown an XML file in H drive but I don't see any XML file. What could be the reason?
