Question on PSU and One-off patch

DB version : 11.2.0.2
Platform : Solaris

Question on single instance DB installation.

Lets say a one off patch is released on August 2011 and a PSU (Patch Set Update) is released later on October 2011.
Now , to a newly created ORACLE_HOME, If i am applying the PSU of October 2011 , i don't have to apply the one-off patch from August 2011 because this one-off patch is included in PSU of October 2011. Right?
