Question on Locator with ESRI ArcSDE

Hello,

We have ESRI ArcSDE product which we are planning to install on Oracle 9i db. We want to use Oracle Locator for some of our spatial query. Since Oracle does not provide option like

Coordinate System transformation
Spatial Aggregate function
Linear Referencing system

Could I still be able to use these features from the ArcSDE Map editor/server? Would there be any problem in using this from ArcSDE?
