Question on GGS extract issue

user10472047Jan 18 2022

Hi All, We have one customer database(on 19C) using golden gate extract failing with below error. Restarting the extract also failing with same. We are mostly below bug on version 19.9 , however , the workaround is given as a patch which will mostly need downtime and also riskier for a live production environment.
We have this bi-directional replication setup implemented between two databases in two different datacenters and both should be in sync , however because of this issue one of the database is lagging by 10hrs+ and the lag is increasing. So wanted to check with experts here if any other possible option/workaround to get the GGS extract/replication back on track till the time we will plan for a downtime and have the permanent fix/ patch applied in near future.
