Question on Enterprise Manager for a manually created DB

DB versions:10gR2, 11g

I am going to create 10gR2, 11G databases manually(without using DBCA). Will Enterprise manager be automatically installed if i use the CREATE DATABASE command like

create database "mnprod"
user sys identified by mnsys
user system identified by mnsys
    logfile
    group 1 (
        '/u02/oradata/redologs/ora238_redo1a.log',
        .
        .
        .
        .
