Question - MacOS X native app with XCode and C/C++

Hi all,

I am a very newbie about Oracle Technologies and Tools and it is plain to me that using Java I could develop a client application to access to any Oracle DB but my "basic" question is to know if it is possibile to develop a native MacOS X client application with C/C++ and XCode. I use Mac OS X 10.11.6 , XCode :7.3.1 (7D1014) and I installed Oracle Instant Client v. 12.1.0.2.0 64 bit - (via Terminal, the sqlplus can connect to Oracles DBs).

If yes, could you put me to right direction to try to do that?
