Question about Segment Type 'SPACE HEADER'

My customer wants to backup EBS database.
He is not sure about 'SPACE HEADER' segment type, and has following questions:
1. What's meaning of this 'SPACE HEADER'? Is there any documents to explain this kind of segment type?
2. How to move these SPACE HEADER OBJECTS out of APPLICATION table-space to default SYS table-space. What is problem or issues related if we ignore these objects while moving the respective application table-space with these space header objects?
