question about reprocess channel queue?

Hi all.

I have a Messaging System version:
root@mta-in# ./imsimta version
Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server 6.2-3.04 (built Jul 15 2005)
libimta.so 6.2-3.04 (built 01:32:55, Jul 15 2005)

I just notice in my reprocess channel queue, there are many file.
About 35916 file(.HELD messages ) and these message have been queue for along time.

How can I delele these old message, please help me if you known.
