Question about "Oracle Workflow with J2EE Components" white paper

I have installed the Oracle 10g database, Client Tools (contains Workflow builder), Workflow Server 2.6.3 and OC4J. Walking through the white paper tutorial on page 7 there is a request to "Login to the Oracle Workflow home page (http://<your server>:<your port>/pls/wf" to create the business event system agents. Which server are they referring to? Which port? The Workflow Server install appears to have created all the necessary tables and OC4J is up and running.
