Question about oracle.exe process

Hello,

I have database Oracle 10gR2 EE 10.2.0.3 RAC - two nodes running on Windows 2003 EE , 8 GB Ram each. Database has configured with TAF.
In Windows Task Manager I see that there are two oracle.exe processes. One oracle.exe consumes 3 GB approximately other process has 300 KB. Is it normal to see two oracle.exe processes ?
