Good morning,
I got this alert showing in the main page of EM:
Checker run found 2 new persistent data failures
when I click on the message, it opens a new page but, there are no details available such as, what files were involved or anything else.
The question is: Is there a way to find out where these 2 data failure occurred ? (by where, I mean which files were involved).

PS: I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2 and Oracle 11gR2
