Query To Retrieve Indexes and Partitions for Multiple Tables

I'm attempting to create a query that retrieves indexes and partitions assigned to multiple tables. I found a way to retrieve primary keys assigned to a table but I am curious to know if there is something similar that can be done for indexes and partitions.
