Query to get Unmatched records from two table if no of columns are different?

I know to fetched unmatched records from both tables which is having same number of columns we can use Full outer join or SET operators. But if we have different no of columns how we achieve it?
Table 1:
col1 col2 col3 col4
X Y Z 10
P Q R 50
I N D 30

Table 2:
col4 col5
10 S
40 R
10 K

O/P:
40
30
50
