query to get max integer value from varchar column

I have the following values in Column of type Varchar.

USR_LOGIN(varchar2)
-----------------------------
50
52
53
55
57
123
111
145
XELSYSADM
TESTUSER
USER123
12TESTUSER

But I need to get the output as 145.

Can you help me with the sql query?
